Job Description
- Perform First Article Inspections using state of the art 3D scanning equipment and CMM.
- Interpret client’s drawings to generate inspection reports.
- This position provides opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
Excellent 3D perception skills are a must. Thorough understand of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.principles. Position further requires good communication skills and ability to give attention to detail. Knowledge of software programming for automation, is considered a plus. Occasional travel out of state and abroad might be required.
Education and Experience Level
B.S. Degree or at least 5 years experience in similar field, experience in ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003, blueprint interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, CMM programming. Experience with 3D CAD like Unigraphics, CATIA or Solid Works is considered a plus.

Application Engineer Reverse Engineering
Job Description
- Perform geometric data acquisition with 3D scanning equipment and CMM of industrial objects.
- Use scan data to build complex CAD models of objects, which can then be used to create tooling.
- This position provides opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
Excellent 3D perception skills are a must. Position further requires good communication skills and ability to give attention to detail. Programming skills are considered a plus. Occasional travel out of state and abroad might be required.
Education and Experience Level
- Relevant experience with parametric 3D CAD systems Unigraphics, CATIA or Solid Works.
- Understanding of down stream manufacturing processes, like casting, molding, hot forming, forging and quality control.
- Position requires a B.S. or M. S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or at least 5 years experience in a closely related field.
